Warranty Coverage
- All Scopck tools and accessories come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects, malfunctioning components and performance issues not caused by misuse.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by drops, misuse, improper handling or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering.

- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos demonstrating the problem
Our support team will review your claim and provide a solution, which may include replacement, repair or store credit.
