Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Process
- Email contact@scopck.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return address and instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
